Victor Wu - RKin, MPK, BSc, BA

Victor is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Master of Professional Kinesiology program and has two undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of Winnipeg.

As a Registered Kinesiologist, Victor is passionate about applied research and technological innovation related to biomechanics, musculoskeletal injuries prevention/rehabilitation and performance. He believes we should utilize exercise to facilitate change in performance or behaviour that extend beyond the training environment, and ultimately, improve your health and overall quality of life. Victor has trained professional and amateur athletes competing both nationally and internationally. He also works with individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions.

Over the years, Victor has been regularly active in the development of the profession of Kinesiology. Currently, he is a board member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and a member of the Research and Development Committee of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance.

Victor enjoys a good Basketball game but can also be found on his couch binging Netflix shows.
